Free scheduler
A free meeting scheduler that does not charge your guests attention
Most free schedulers pay for themselves with ads on the page you send to other people, or by asking them to register. This one does neither: propose your times, share the link, and let the group vote.
How to schedule a meeting for free
- 1
Create the poll with the slots you can offer
Tap the times on a weekly calendar. Each slot carries its real start time and length, so people answer about a concrete meeting rather than a vague day.
- 2
Share the one link that matters
Copy the voting link and send it wherever your group already talks. There is nothing to install and no email address required from the people you invite.
- 3
Collect Yes, Maybe and No
Each person marks every slot. Partial availability is captured rather than flattened, so you can tell a hard conflict from a movable one.
- 4
Lock the time and export it
Lock the winning slot and everyone adds it to Google, Outlook, Yahoo or Apple Calendar from the confirmation page.
What free actually means here
- No ads on the voting page, so the link you send to a client or a parent looks like something you chose rather than something you settled for.
- No account for the people you invite, which is the single biggest reason polls go unanswered.
- No calendar connection required, so nobody has to grant access to their schedule to answer a question about three time slots.
- Automatic time zone conversion for everyone, which paid tools often reserve for upgrades.
- Unlimited voters on a poll, so a large group does not push you into a paid tier.
Ready to put this into a poll?
Tap a few times, share one link, and let the group vote. Most groups have the time settled the same day.
Who uses the free scheduler
Small teams and freelancers
Groups without a shared calendar system, where a paid seat per person is not worth it for scheduling.
Clubs, societies and volunteers
Organizations with no software budget and members who will not create accounts.
Students and study groups
Timetables that do not overlap and change every term.
Families and friends
Picking a date for a dinner, trip or birthday without a group chat argument.
Free meeting scheduler questions
Is it really free, with no trial?
Yes. Creating polls, sharing them and locking a time are free with no trial period. A paid Pro plan adds calendar sync and team options, but nothing described on this page is behind it.
Do the people I invite need an account?
No. They open the link, add their name and vote. Only the organizer signs in.
Are there ads on the voting page?
No. The page the people you invite see carries no advertising.
Do I have to connect my calendar?
No. You propose the times yourself. Connecting a calendar is an optional Pro feature that shows you where you are already busy while you build the poll.
Can I delete a poll and its responses?
Yes. As the organizer you can delete a poll, which removes the responses with it.
