Because nobody likes to plan the next meeting

You name a meeting and tap a few candidate times on a calendar. Decider gives you one link. Everyone you send it to opens it, sees each proposed time rendered in their own time zone, and votes Yes, Maybe or No. The running tally is visible to everyone, the most-agreed time is highlighted, and when you lock it in you can attach an instant video meeting link and let everyone add the meeting to Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar in one tap.

The people you invite never create an account. That single constraint drove most of the design: no sign-up wall, no app to install, no email required to cast a vote.

Decider is not a booking tool. It does not publish your calendar availability, run round-robin routing across a sales team, take payments, or manage recurring appointment types. Those are a different product, and tools like Calendly and its alternatives do them well. Decider covers the case where a group has to agree on one time and nobody's calendar is the authority.

It also does not try to be a general-purpose poll tool, a meeting-notes app, or a project tracker. Every feature that has been declined was declined because it made the guest page slower to understand.

Decider is free today and shows no ads to anyone, including the guests you invite. There are no third-party analytics or advertising scripts on the site — the product measures its own usage with a small first-party counter and nothing else.

A paid Pro plan for teams is planned, and the intent is that the core group poll stays free for organizers and free for guests. See the pricing page for where that currently stands.

Decider is built and operated by Nightwave, a small software studio. It is a product we use ourselves every week, which is the main reason the guest flow keeps getting shorter rather than longer.

Polls that see no activity for 90 days are deleted automatically, along with their times, participants and votes. Poll links are unlisted and carry a noindex tag so they stay out of search results. The full detail is on the privacy page.
