Terms of use

Decider is operated by Nightwave. By using the service you agree to what follows.

Last updated August 4, 2026.

The service

Decider lets you create a scheduling poll, share a link to it, and collect votes on proposed meeting times. Creating a poll requires an account. Voting in a poll does not — anyone with the link can respond.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Provide accurate information when you register, and tell us if you believe someone else has gained access.

Acceptable use

Do not use Decider to send unsolicited bulk messages, to harass anyone, to distribute malware or illegal material, or to impersonate someone else. Do not attempt to break, overload or circumvent the technical limits of the service, and do not use automated means to scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others.

Poll links are unlisted rather than private. Do not use a poll to collect information that would be harmful if seen by anyone holding the link.

Your content

Poll titles, descriptions and the times you propose remain yours. You grant us the permission needed to store and display that content in order to operate the service — for example, showing your proposed times to the people you invite. We do not claim ownership of it and do not use it for anything beyond running Decider.

You are responsible for having the right to share whatever you put into a poll, including the names of other people.

Availability and data retention

Decider is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Polls with no activity for 90 days are deleted automatically, as described on the privacy page. Export or record anything you need to keep before that window elapses; the service is not a system of record.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Price and paid plans

Decider is currently free to use. If paid plans are introduced, the terms applying to them will be stated at the point of purchase, and existing free functionality will not be retroactively charged for. The current position is on the pricing page.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nightwave is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Decider, including missed meetings, lost business or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Changes and contact

These terms may change; the date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions go to kontakt@nightwave.se.
