Do volunteers need an account?
No. They open the link, enter their name and vote. Only the organizer signs in, which lets them manage the poll afterwards.
Can I use it for shift sign-ups?
As a check of who can cover what, yes. Create one option per shift and volunteers answer Yes, Maybe or No for each; the live count shows which shifts are still short, and you hand out the shifts. Nobody claims a shift, and there is no cap per shift.
Is it free for non-profits?
Yes. Creating polls is free and the volunteers you invite never pay.
Can I see who has not responded?
The poll lists everyone who has answered as the responses arrive, so you can check it against your list and follow up with the people still missing rather than messaging everyone again.
Can I add a location or meeting link?
There is no separate field for an address, so put the venue in the meeting's name, where it shows in every calendar entry. For a video meeting, Decider can create a Jitsi link when you lock the time, and it goes into the calendar entry too.
